Log into the system using the “member log in” button on the top right hand side
Go to your “My Account” button on the top right hand side right below your name
From here you can:
see your payments,
change your subscription,
change your password
manage your users
Adding Users
Click on “View Subscriptions”
Click the three dots next to your current subscription and select “Sub Accounts”
From here you can see all your users. You can remove or add more.
To add a user there are three options
Manually add
Send people a signup URL and let them do it themselves
Do a mass upload (contact support if you would like us to do that for you)
Manual Add
Click on the Add sub Account button
Input the users email (which will be their user name) and first/last name. Click the button next to Send NEW members the welcome email
Hit the submit button
Send people a signup URL and let them do it themselves. You can also use a QR code to create a picture you can embed in brochures or manuals. (There are several free QR Generators available online)
