Managing Bulk Subscriptions

Adding Users

  • Log into the system using the “member log in” button on the top right hand side

  • Go to your “My Account” button on the top right hand side right below your name

From here you can:

  • see your payments,
  • change your subscription,
  • change your password
  • manage your users

Adding Users

  • Click on “View Subscriptions”
  • Click the three dots next to your current subscription and select “Sub Accounts”

  • From here you can see all your users.  You can remove or add more.

  • To add a user there are three options
    • Manually add
    • Send people a signup URL and let them do it themselves
    • Do a mass upload (contact support if you would like us to do that for you)
  • Manual Add
    • Click on the Add sub Account button

  • Input the users email (which will be their user name) and first/last name. Click the button next to Send NEW members the welcome email
  • Hit the submit button

  • Send people a signup URL and let them do it themselves. You can also use a QR code to create a picture you can embed in brochures or manuals.  (There are several free QR Generators available online)
